1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the bdt33 website accessible at https://bdt33.io, including all sub-pages, products, services, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or uses any of its services.
• "Account" refers to the registered bdt33 player account held in the Player's name.
• "Balance" refers to real-money funds credited to a Player's account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bet tokens, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to real-money balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total).
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any game, sporting event, or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all betting, gaming, casino, sports, and promotional services made available through the Platform.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the suite of player-controlled features available on the Platform including deposit limits, session reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process bdt33 may require a Player to complete before withdrawals are authorised or account limits are raised.
• "D&T Ranking" refers to the bdt33 loyalty programme comprising five tiers — Standard, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Master — which rewards consistent play across all product areas.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to and use of the bdt33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform. bdt33 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. If at any point it is established that a Player is or was under the age of 21 at the time they opened their account or placed any bet, the account will be permanently closed, all bets placed will be voided, and any funds held in the account — including deposits — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The Platform is operated with a primary focus on the Bangladesh market and is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any bet. bdt33 makes no representations that the Services are legal in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

2.3 Exclusion of Certain Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on bdt33:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals who are self-excluded from the Platform or from other gambling operators under a cross-operator exclusion scheme.
• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, or close family members of bdt33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• Individuals who have previously had their bdt33 account permanently closed for Terms violation.
• Individuals acting on behalf of a third party or using funds belonging to a third party without that party's knowledge and consent.

2.4 Age Verification Process

bdt33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if the Platform's systems flag a potential age concern. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. The Platform may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while age verification is pending. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bdt33 Platform. Opening, operating, or accessing more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any other linked identifier — is a violation of these Terms. Where the Platform detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts except the earliest-registered may be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings or bonuses accumulated across the duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. bdt33 is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player, including delays in withdrawal processing caused by mismatched name details between the account and the registered payment method.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued by the Platform. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdt33 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the Player has shared credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to secure their account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact the bdt33 support team immediately via live chat.

3.4 Account Currency

All bdt33 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. There are no multi-currency options. Players should be aware that if they fund their account via a payment method that charges its own conversion or service fee, that fee is charged by the payment provider and is entirely separate from bdt33's operations.

3.5 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdt33 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per calendar month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after notifying the Player at their registered contact address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdt33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels:

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket / Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking
• Upay (mobile financial service)
• Dutch-Bangla Bank (bank transfer)
• City Bank (bank transfer)
• BRAC Bank (bank transfer)

The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on regulatory guidance, technical maintenance, or partner availability. bdt33 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with or without prior notice, though material changes will be communicated on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit on bdt33 is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum single deposit, though higher amounts may be subject to enhanced verification. Deposits made through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's account balance within seconds of the mobile transfer completing, subject to confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing times and daily limits vary by D&T Ranking tier as follows:

• Standard Tier: Withdrawals processed within 24 hours; daily limit ৳20,000.
• Gold Tier: Withdrawals processed within 12 hours; daily limit ৳50,000.
• Platinum Tier: Withdrawals processed within 6 hours; daily limit ৳150,000.
• Diamond Tier: Withdrawals processed within 2 hours; daily limit ৳500,000.
• Master Tier: Priority processing within 1 hour; daily limit negotiated individually.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks. bdt33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, the account has not previously completed KYC, or the Platform's risk systems flag the transaction for review. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered under the same name as the bdt33 account.

4.4 No Fees from bdt33

bdt33 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals from its side. However, payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, or individual banks may apply their own service charges in accordance with their published fee schedules. Players are responsible for checking the applicable charges from their payment provider. bdt33 is not responsible for any third-party fees deducted during a transaction.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, bdt33 will endeavour to process withdrawals back to the same payment method and account number from which the original deposit was made. Where this is not technically possible, the Player must provide documentation verifying ownership of the alternative account before the withdrawal is authorised.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bdt33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question, as published in the Platform's game and sports rules documentation. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rule will apply to that bet or game outcome, and these Terms will govern all other matters.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by product, market, and D&T Ranking tier. Cricket betting minimum stakes start at ৳100 per bet. Live casino table minimums start at ৳200. Slot minimum bets start at ৳10 per spin. Maximum stakes are displayed within each game or betting market interface and may be adjusted by bdt33 at any time, including during live in-play events.

5.3 Cancellation and Void Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. bdt33 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; the outcome of the event was affected by match-fixing or other irregular activity; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount to the Player's account balance.

5.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket betting markets covering the Bangladesh Tigers, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events: a match must progress to a minimum number of overs as specified per format (typically 5 overs per side in T20 and 20 overs per side in ODI) for most markets to be settled. Weather-interrupted matches reduced below the qualifying threshold will result in voided non-ante-post bets. Full details are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.

5.5 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and resumption during events at the Platform's discretion. Bets placed during a suspended market will be voided. Due to the nature of live event data feeds, there may be a brief delay between events occurring and odds updating on the Platform. bdt33 does not accept liability for bets placed based on information the Player possesses about an event outcome that has already been determined at the time of placing the bet.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, reload offers, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives offered by bdt33 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. The terms for each promotion will specify the minimum qualifying deposit (where applicable), the wagering requirement multiplier, the qualifying games and bet types, the time limit for meeting the requirement, and the maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. In all cases the promotion-specific terms apply in addition to and alongside this Section 6.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. During the wagering period, the Platform will apply bets first to the real-money balance and then to the bonus balance, unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports bets placed at odds below the promotion's minimum qualifying odds may contribute 0%. Contribution rates are set out in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Abuse of Bonuses

bdt33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if the Platform determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk matched bets or arbitrage bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; or using automated tools to systematically exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed.

6.4 Promotional Validity

All promotions have defined start and end dates. Offers that have expired cannot be retroactively claimed. Bonuses that have been credited but whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit will be automatically removed from the account. bdt33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of Players who have already claimed and partly met the wagering requirements of a promotion are not retrospectively affected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or exploit Platform features.
• Colluding with other players at poker, live casino tables, or any other game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, scalping, or any systematic strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from the Platform's markets.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the Platform's software, RNG systems, or live game infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with bdt33 staff or other players.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with a payment provider in bad faith after placing bets on the Platform.

8. Privacy & Data

bdt33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and gaming activity records.

bdt33 uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption on all connections to protect data transmitted between the Player's device and the Platform's servers. Player data is not sold to third parties. However, bdt33 may share data with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies to the extent necessary to operate the Platform legally and securely.

Players have the right to request access to their personal data held by bdt33, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data subject to the Platform's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

bdt33 makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform, but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory action) may result in temporary unavailability. bdt33 is not liable for any loss — including loss of potential winnings — resulting from Platform downtime.

9.2 Internet and Device Disconnection

The Player is responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while using the Platform. If a Player's connection drops during an active bet or live casino hand, bdt33's game servers will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection and resolve the outcome according to the applicable game rules. bdt33 is not liable for losses caused by Player-side connection failures.

9.3 Accuracy of Information

bdt33 takes reasonable care to ensure that all odds, scores, statistics, and game results displayed on the Platform are accurate. However, the Platform relies on third-party data feeds and may occasionally display information that is delayed or erroneous. bdt33 is not liable for losses arising from Player decisions made on the basis of information that was delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to a third-party data feed failure.

9.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt33's total liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by the Player

A Player may close their bdt33 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed as a final withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification checks. Players who are self-excluding for responsible gaming reasons should specifically request self-exclusion rather than simple account closure, to ensure access restrictions are applied across the Platform's systems.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by bdt33

bdt33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the requested timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; a Player becoming subject to a self-exclusion order; or any regulatory requirement compelling bdt33 to restrict access to specific accounts or player segments.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all pending bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are voided. Real-money balances that are not subject to ongoing investigation will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method. Where account closure follows a confirmed Terms violation, bdt33 may withhold the balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Players whose accounts are closed for violation of the prohibited conduct clauses in Section 7 have no right of appeal against the forfeiture of bonuses, free bets, or winnings derived during the period of prohibited activity.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bdt33's operating jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from Bangladesh acknowledge that their use of the Platform is subject to the laws of Bangladesh to the extent applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between the Player and bdt33 regarding any bet, game outcome, account balance, bonus award, or any other matter arising from the use of the Platform, the Player should in the first instance contact the bdt33 support team via live chat or at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receiving a complete written account of the complaint.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties. The costs of arbitration shall be borne equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

11.3 Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event that a translation of these Terms is made available in any other language for the convenience of Players, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English text and the translated text.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bdt33 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will notify Players through a prominent notice on the site or via a message to the Player's registered contact address. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days from the date of notification for material changes. Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter rights or obligations, or updates to payment method lists — may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of bdt33 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 10.1.
